Pisco Sour

INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Pisco
1 Egg White
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Nectar Girl Top Shelf Margarita, pisco, egg white, and bitters.
Shake and strain into to a chilled glass.

2 oz. Tea (Barley, preferred)
Garnish: Star Anise, Cinnamon Stick
In a cocktail glass, stir together the Nectar Girl Spicy & Hot Chile Pepper, tonic water, and tea.
Add ice and garnish with star anise and cinnamon sticks.

¾ oz. Plum Puree
¼ oz. Pernod
4 oz Champagne, chilled
2 Red Plums, sliced
Fill a pint glass with ice. Add the Nectar Girl Ruby Red Grapefruit, Plum Puree, Pernod, and Champagne and stir gently.
Strain into a chilled flute and garnish with the plum slices.

½ oz. St. Germain
1/3 cup Fresh Squeezed Clementine or Blood Orange Juice
Pomegranate Arils, Mint, Ginger Beer Garnish
In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour in the Nectar Girl Classic Mojito, vodka, elderflower liquor, and citrus juice. Shake.
Pour into cocktail glasses and top with ginger beer.
Add the pomegranates and mint as garnishes. Enjoy!

10-12 Rosemary Leaves
1.5 oz. Orange Liqueur
1.5 oz. Cranberry Juice
Rosemary Sprig Garnish
In a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle the rosemary leaves and Nectar Girl Top Shelf Margarita together.
Add the orange liqueur and cranberry juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a glass, and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

1 Granny Smith Apple, Diced
1 Orange, Chopped
1 Blood Orange, Chopped
1/3 cup Fireball Whiskey
¾ cup Apple Juice
1 (750-mL) Bottle Red Wine
Soak the apples and oranges in whiskey for at least 30 minutes.
Pour fruit and whiskey into a large pitcher, along with the Nectar Girl Spicy & Hot Chile Pepper, apple juice, and wine.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

1.5 oz. Bourbon
1 tbsp. Honey
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
Cinnamon Stick & Lemon Slice Garnish
In a teapot or a small saucepan, bring water to a simmer.
In a mug, combine Nectar Girl Spicy & Hot Chile Pepper, bourbon, honey, and lemon juice.
Pour over hot water and stir to combine. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and lemon slice.

1 oz. Coconut Milk
½ oz. White Cranberry Juice
Cinnamon Sugar for Rim, optional
Lime Slices, Cranberries, Rosemary Sprigs Garnish
Rim your cocktail glass with the cinnamon sugar mix.
In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour the Nectar Girl Top Shelf Margarita, tequila, coconut milk, and white cranberry juice. Shake well.
Strain into the rimmed glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a lime slice, a few cranberries, and a sprig of rosemary.

1.5 oz. Cranberry Juice
¼ oz. Simple Syrup
Cranberries & Mint Leaves Garnish
In a cocktail shaker muddle some of the mint leaves, lightly.
Add in the Nectar Girl Cucumber Mint, vodka, Elderflower liqueur, cranberry juice, simple syrup, and ice.
Shake and strain cocktail in a garnished martini glass.

¾ oz. White Creme De Cacao
¼ oz. Grenadine
Splash Soda Water
Candy Cane Garnish
Crush a candy cane and rim the glasses with it.
In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour in the Nectar Girl Cucumber Mint, vodka, Creme De Cacao, and grenadine.
Strain into a glass and top with a splash of soda water.
