INGREDIENTS
¾ oz. Plum Puree
¼ oz. Pernod
4 oz Champagne, chilled
2 Red Plums, sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
Fill a pint glass with ice. Add the Nectar Girl Ruby Red Grapefruit, Plum Puree, Pernod, and Champagne and stir gently.
Strain into a chilled flute and garnish with the plum slices.
