Up in Smoke Mezcal Paloma

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Nectar Girl Ruby Red Grapefruit

  • 2 oz. Mezcal

  • 1 tbsp. Lime Juice

  • Grapefruit and Thyme Garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour Nectar Girl Ruby Red Grapefruit Mix, mezcal and lime juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.

  2. Strain shaker into a champagne flute.

  3. Using a cooking torch, carefully char grapefruit slice until slightly blackened. Add to drink with a sprig of thyme.
