Spicy Bourbon Sidecar

INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz. Nectar Girl Spicy & Hot Chile Pepper

• 4 oz. Bourbon

• 1 ½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

• 1 oz. Triple Sec

• Ancho Chile Powder & Sugar for rim, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Rim chilled glasses with sugar and chile powder.

2. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine Nectar Girl Spicy & Hot Chile Pepper, Triple Sec, bourbon, and lemon juice together.

3. Strain into rimmed glasses and drop an orange peel in the drink.
