INGREDIENTS

• 1 oz. Nectar Girl Spicy & Hot Chile Pepper

• 2 oz. Gin

• 1 Egg White

• 2-3 drops Pear Bitters

• 1 tsp. Honey

• Star Anise & Cinnamon Stick Garnish, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

1. To make the drink, add the Nectar Girl Spicy & Hot Chile Pepper, gin, honey, pear bitters, and egg white into a cocktail shaker.

2. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled glass.

3. Place star anise on the foam and serve.
